New Subscription Offers
Subscription offers open to new subscribers only. Direct Debit is available to UK subscribers only. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas). All prices are discounted from the full subscription rate advertised in each title, include P&P and are correct at time of going to press.
Free Gift/Welcome Gifts
If the subscription offer includes a free gift or a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within 60 days after your first payment has been taken. Future Publishing Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes a gift with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limited has been exceeded. Gifts only available to subscribers on the UK mainland. Free gifts are not applicable to digital-only subscriptions, unless otherwise stated. Welcome gifts are only provided on selected promotions for Future Publishing Limited magazines with the following exceptions: TV Times, TV&Satellite Week, Woman's Weekly, Woman's Own, Woman, Now and Wallpaper*.
If you bought a gift subscription, any free gifts will be delivered to the purchaser.
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Future Publishing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 02008885 whose registered office is at Future Publishing Limited, Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA, together with its agents and sub-contractors.
If placing your order on-line when you click "Submit Order" you will either be directed to a noticepage or receive an email (if you have supplied your email address) acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between the purchaser and Future Publishing Limited is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and payment has been taken.
You will receive this confirmation within 14 days by post, or by email within 72 hours if you supplied an email address.
We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
If you have ordered a subscription for someone else a gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you’ll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days or an email acknowledgement within 72 hours (if you gave us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK and Overseas orders
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:
- In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;
- If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit GC re Future Publishing Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request GC re Future Publishing Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by GC re Future Publishing Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GC re Future Publishing Ltd asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
We use GoCardless to process your Direct Debit payments. More information on how GoCardless processes your personal data and your data protection rights, including your right to object, is available at gocardless.com/legal/privacy.
We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
- Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us;
- Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subscription start issue
Unless selected, Print subscriptions start with the next available issue. During the purchase process, we offer customers the chance to select a start issue for their subscription orders at no extra cost. We will endeavour to meet this request but we cannot guarantee this will be successful in every circumstance. In the event that we cannot fulfil your requested start issue, we will begin your subscription with the subsequent issue. Whatever happens, you will always receive the number of issues for which you have paid.
Digital and print subscription ‘bundles’
For some magazines, it is possible to purchase combined print and digital subscriptions at a discount on the cost of purchasing individual subscriptions. Without exception this discount is always applied to the digital element; the value of the print subscription is unchanged.
Print and digital subscription ‘bundles’ are only valid for the duration of your print subscription. It is not possible to cancel or suspend a print subscription and still retain the discount on the digital subscription. Cancellations and Refunds
Your subscription is protected by a Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, you can write to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the cost of all unmailed issues.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be issues in sterling. Your Credit Card company will convert the sterling amount into your local currency if you are not based in the UK and may be charged an additional fee for completing the transaction. Future Publishing Limited may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be released as a cash payment.
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay by continuous credit card (auto-renew).
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your card payment we will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request us to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your card payment by us or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we ask you to.
You can cancel at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). You either make a one-off payment for a one or two year subscription or make ongoing direct debit payments for any other subscription term.
If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
- Cashback is only available on titles published by Future Publishing Limited. For a list of magazines, please see our corporate website.
- Cashback not available on single issue sales and digital only subscriptions.
- Cashback is for print subscriptions only.
- Transactions using voucher codes are not eligible for cashback.
- Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
- Cashback will remain at pending status for a minimum of 3 months, in order to ensure that subscriptions are not cancelled
- Cashback is only available on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
Covermounts and Prize Draws
If any of our magazines are put on sale in the UK which contain a covermount gift or supplement you are not entitled as a subscriber to receive these covermounts or supplements. Occasionally some subscriber copies may be sent with covermounts and supplements included, however this is the exception rather than the rule. If you wish to guarantee your receipt of any covermount you should purchase an additional copy of the magazine from your local retailer. Digital only subscriptions will not receive supplements or covermounts.
Magazines delivered to overseas addresses shall not contain covermount gifts or supplements.
Prize Draw and Competition Rules All prize draws and competitions which are associated with our magazine subscription offers are subject to separate terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, such prize draws and competitions are only open to you if you are able to supply us with a billing address in the UK.
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. These Terms and Conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.

IOSS - EU VAT changes from 1st July 2021
From 1st July 2021 the value added tax (VAT) exemption for imported goods not exceeding €22 has been removed. VAT is now payable on all orders delivered to Europe.
